INDICATIONS

For the prevention of Pulpy Kidney, Tetanus, Black disease, Blackleg and Malignant Oedema in sheep and cattle.

INDICATIONS

For the prevention of Pulpy Kidney, Tetanus, Black disease, Blackleg, Malignant Oedema and Clostridium sordellii, a cause of sudden death syndrome in sheep and cattle.

INDICATIONS

For the control of caseous lymphadenitis (CLA or cheesy gland) and the prevention of enterotoxaemia (pulpy kidney disease), tetanus, black disease, malignant oedema (blackleg like disease) and blackleg in sheep and lambs, goats and kids and swelled head in rams. A supplemental source of vitamin B12.

FEATURES

  • Prevention of the five major clostridial diseases of sheep in NZ, and for control of cheesy gland. Also, trace element supplementation of vitamin B12 is immediately available to the animal in one convenient injection.
  • Suitable for lambs and pregnant ewes.
  • Low dose volume for easy administration.
  • Use from three weeks of age.

Eweguard

INDICATIONS

For the treatment and control of internal parasites and nasal bot of adult sheep, and for the prevention of five main clostridial diseases and control of caseous lymphadenitis (cheesy gland).

Ultravac 7in1

INDICATIONS

For the prevention of enterotoxaemia (pulpy kidney disease), tetanus, black disease, malignant oedema (blackleg-like disease) and blackleg in sheep and cattle.

In sheep for the prevention of infection, renal colonisation and urinary shedding of Leptospira interrogans serovar Pomona and Leptospira borgpetersenii serovar Hardjo.

In cattle, for protection against reproductive losses by prevention of reproductive tract colonisation and placental and foetal infection with L. hardjo. Prevents urinary shedding of the L. hardjo and L. pomona when used prior to natural exposure and prevents the risk of human leptospiral infection associated with the shedding of these leptospires in the urine and from the reproductive tract of cattle.

Leptoshield

Leptoshield

INDICATIONS

Leptoshield is for the prevention of leptospirosis in cattle, sheep and goats. Also as an aid in control of leptosporosis in deer. Prevents urinary shedding of the L. hardjo and L. pomona when used prior to natural exposure and prevents the risk of human leptospiral infection associated with the shedding of these leptospires in the urine and from the reproductive tract of cattle.

Scabigard

Scabigard

INDICATIONS

For the prevention of Scabby Mouth in Sheep.

FEATURES

  • Produced in cell culture and free from contamination.
  • 250 doses from every vial.
  • Ergonomically designed applicator delivers precise dosage.

PACK SIZES

250 dose vials to be used in combination with a purpose-designed applicator.

DOSE AND ADMINISTRATION

Dose: 0.02mL. Sheep should be vaccinated on bare areas of skin on the side of the brisket or the inside of the hindleg. Hold the applicator at an angle to the skin of approximately 45°, and with both applicator prongs touching the skin make a single 4–5cm long scratch on the bare skin surface to break the skin. Do not draw blood. Do not use an antiseptic of any kind on the skin, as this may kill the virus and prevent the vaccine eliciting the desired response. Check 7-10 days later for a good vaccination take.

Gudair Vaccine

Gudair Vaccine

INDICATIONS

Active immunisation for the control of Johne’s disease and reduction in faecal Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis shedding in sheep. Active immunisation as an aid in the control of Johne’s disease in goats.

FEATURES

  • Vaccination prevents the expression of Johne’s disease leading to fewer ewe losses.
  • Animals can be vaccinated from 1 month of age; only one vaccination is required to provide lifelong protection.
  • Vaccination can be carried out on the whole flock, including adult animals.
  • When vaccination is commenced at between 1 and 4 months of age, faecal M. paratuberculosis shedding may be prevented for 12 months or longer.

Dose: Sheep and goats 1mL.

CONTRAINDICATIONS/SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

Avoid accidental self-injection. For enhanced operator safety, it is recommended that you use a safety vaccinator that has a protective shroud, with this product. Accidental self-administration of this vaccine may result in a cross-reaction with, and a false positive test result for, human tuberculosis.

It is a legal requirement that this product is used only in sheep and goats. Do not use in other species.
